William J. Cassidy, Jr. is a partner of the firm. He graduated from the University of Notre Dame, where he received his B.A. in 1975, and from Duquesne University Law School, where he received his J.D. in 1979. He practices in the areas of civil litigation, creditors' rights, municipal law, and civil rights litigation and compliance.
