Zee Provides Commentary on new Title IX Order

Partner William J. Zee spoke to K-12 DIVE regarding an Executive Order issued on March 9 by the Biden Administration calling for an examination of existing Title IX regulations, orders, guidance and other activities to ensure consistency with the administration’s policy to guarantee an education free from sexual discrimination.

Zee noted the interplay between recent changes to the Title IX regulations, and other legal requirements facing schools in an article titled White House orders Ed Department to review Title IX rule.
