MICHAEL J. ROSTOLSKY

Michael J. Rostolsky joined the firm after 44 years of practice in his own firm, the Law Offices of Michael J. Rostolsky. Mike practices in the areas of estate planning, probate and estate administration, guardianship, Orphans' Court litigation, family law, divorce, custody and adoption. Mike received a BA from Penn State University and then graduated from Duquesne University School of Law. Following graduation, Mike completed a federal clerkship in the Western District Court of Pennsylvania for the Honorable Wallace S. Gourley. After finishing the clerkship in Pittsburgh, Mike returned home to Lancaster and opened his own practice. Although Mike has offices in Lancaster and Ephrata, he regularly helps clients throughout many of the central Pennsylvania counties. In 2004, Mike was recognized by the Pennsylvania Bar Association for his Pro Bono work.
