DANA C. PANAGOPOULOS, Partner

Dana Panagopoulos is a partner of the firm.  Dana focuses on providing advice to clients who are faced with estate planning or elder law concerns. She regularly practices in Orphan’s Court, counseling fiduciaries such as guardians of incapacitated person; trustees; and administrators and executors of estates. She also assists clients and family members of individuals with special needs including, medical assistance planning, special needs trust planning and guardianship matters.  Dana also focuses on the development of estate plans that fit her client’s individual needs and advises executors and administrators through the administration process.
